"I’ve utilized Mr. Thorp’s location for the last two years for my renter’s insurance. On 2/18/26, I called hoping to receive a quote for auto insurance, as I felt my current coverage was extremely overpriced. In the past, I had reached out and never received a follow-up, but I’m glad I decided to try again. Mr. Brad Thomas was very pleasant and initially let me know that an agent would contact me, as soon as one came available. I shared my previous experience, and he assured me he would follow up later to ensure I received a callback. He did exactly that. Unfortunately, I did not receive a call back from another agent, but Brad was diligent, kept his word, and personally assisted me with the process.
